Check In/Check Out: Check in will start after 4pm and will be by keyless entry. A code will be sent to you prior to your arrival date. Check out will be before 11am
Parking: There are 2 parking spots located in the front of the home, 2 inside the garage with access to NEMA outlets for EV chargers. The exterior concrete pad adjacent to the garage has a weatherproof Level 2 EV charger.
Smoking: Please note that smoking is prohibited inside the property. Failure to comply will result in additional fees as it will cost more to remove the odors from the walls and furniture as well as loss of ability to re-book in the future.
Parties and Events: No parties or events allowed. No commercial photography permitted. The maximum allowable guests are 10 people
Pets: Pets are permitted but an additional waiver and deposit will be required
Visitors: Visitors are allowed during the day but the total number of occupants in the rental are not to exceed 12 people.
Noise and Neighborhood:
Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am which includes fireworks. The only exception is 4th of July weekend which extends quiet hours until 11:30pm
Roads: Please observe posted speed limits and do not speed.
Garbage management: Please deposit garbage in the garbage receptacle by the garage. It is 96 gallons and is picked up every Thursday. Recycling is picked up in front of the house and there is a 96 gallon receptacle on the side of the house. This will need to be rolled out to the front street. Pickup is every other Friday.
